Potts` Doggie Shop in Betdlehem

I've been getting dogs from Potts for years and they still have the best dogs! Their sauce is really good and the people who work there are always pleasant. They'll even give me a free dog for my dog, but only if it hit the floor!

Great! Plump, juicy, hot dog with a great steamed bun. The only bad things I can say about it is it's cash only (but there is an ATM inside), not alot of space for dining in, and the hot dogs were a little on the small side but that didn't bother me... Just order more with different toppings! I really loved the vibe. Super laid back and not at all pretentious. I would definitely go again.

been going here since the 80's. grandmother used to live a block away, and no trip to her house was complete without a walk up the street to grub on these hot dogs. we go every time we come back.

A Bethlehem tradition. Neither my daughter nor I like hotdogs but we really like coming here. Cheap and delicious.

Quick in and out no frills hotdog joint. Been doing their thing for decades. I usually make a detour for a couple chili dogs if im driving by.

Tiny place but some of the best hot dogs around. They steam the buns which makes them so soft. The "everything" is great, their chili sauce is perfect. Don't forget to get a chocolate milk, seems to be "the thing" in the area.

Dogs were good. Dont care for the uppity attitude from the dog flipper. Also, they only take cash, so I had to use their ATM, and get charged 3 bucks.

This has been my go-to hot dog shop for years. If you grew up here in the valley you know, hot dogs are grilled, never steamed or boiled (yuck) and hot dog chili has no relation to Chile with beans or the Texas style staple. Potts does dogs right! Good Chili, with or without cheese ( streamed warm into a cut in your dog), Spanish onions and brown mustard. Since I went to high school Potts' was my spot for hot dogs, lately, the dogs taste as they have changed? They have lost the firm texture and the taste has become milder. The dogs taste like weenies instead of a true beef hot dog. Everything else about the dog still tastes the same, the steamed bun and great chili, even decor remains unchanged. I had to remove a star for hot dog quality. Service is always good, (remember to put some change in the there tip jar) quick and friendly. Bring cash as they don't accept credit or debit cards.

Potts' is a Bethlehem staple for me. Anytime we are in the area we stop. Simple hot dog place but some of the best chili cheese dogs around. Reasonably priced and very quick service. I plan to be going here for a long time.

Dogs were great. Prices were a little higher then normal dog places I've been. However the quality was there for the extra money. Down side. Not many seats inside.

It is very hard for me to give a non biased review for potts' , first they have been around as long as I have , second from the age of 4 or 5 , my father and I often went out hunting for awesome chilli dogs , it was just our thing together . It seemed that we would end up at Potts' many times , it was really his favorite as well has been mine for a lifetime . I gave only 4 stars because I have yet to have the masterpiece chilli cheese dog , so there's always room to wow me , I do doubt that will happen , so I keep hunting . The young employee's they have are respectful and as such embody a spirit of the Christmas City . Really this place is way beyond 5 stars , but they should never get complacent so I will only give 4 till they serve me my very last chilli cheese dog , either on my death bed or the masterpiece chilli cheese dog that can not be followed .

This is a great place to get a dog. Your choices are very limited as to toppings but the dog itself is definitely better than those at Santoro’s and Pete’s. If you’re looking for a wider variety of options, Santoro’s is the place, but if you’re looking for the best dog, this is the place.

The first and only time I've ever had the pleasure of consuming a perfect hot dog, I was here! They certainly have perfected their dogs! I grabbed a couple chili cheese dogs from them a few days ago and the deliciousness is still on my mind. Thanks guys! 👌

Very cheap if you don't have much to spend or just want something simple. 2 hotdogs for $3. Exception is that they do not have a credit card machine but they do have a ATM. Its very old looking, but as I say those are the best places to go to. If you are near Moravian college or in the area go try it out.

First time back since college, just as good as I remember and got to introduce my sons to Potts! They went back for seconds immediately.

Best hot dogs EVER!

Potts is a local tradition that has not let go of quality.

When I want a good hot dog, I usually go to Pott's on W. Fairview in Bethlehem. This time, I didn't get the hot dog I am used to. The dog was fine. The bun was soft. However, the chili sauce tasted bland, like it was watered down. The chili sauce tasted a lot like what I used to get at the Pott's on Easton Ave...watered down and tasteless. A disappointing visit.

Hands down best dogs in Lehigh valley, they only take cash so make sure you stop st the ATM before you go. They staff at the three stores I have been to have been very friendly and your order is complete in no time.

Potts Hot Dogs are undoubtedly the best dogs in the area. Besides being priced very reasonably they taste great. A dog with cheese wiz, mustard, raw onion and extra chili is my go to out of the many options available. And, you can't just eat one. Google them, well worth the trip !!!
